You will be joining the machine cell team with operation of a variety of CNC machines including a CNC machining center, CNC beam saw, CNC edgebander, and a CNC drill and dowel machine. Your placement within this team will depend on your drive, ambition, skills, and personal growth prospects. These machines are our workhorses for commercial casework, custom residential millwork and casework, and architectural millwork. With the use of Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD our engineering department will produce the machining code necessary for the precise production of all the parts you will run with accuracy and attention to detail. With the other members of the team, you will continually innovate and look for new and better solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous CNC machine operation experience.
  • Must be and/or become proficient and understand the software's capabilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Experience with Wood Products, Architectural Millwork, Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath, etc..
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Demonstration of independent thinking ability.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and reasoning skills.
  • Must have strong communication and written skills working in a team environment.
