This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and automated woodworking equipment used to manufacture custom wood components, fixtures, casework, and other commercial millwork products.
Set schedule:
M-Th 7am-4:30pm & Fri 7am-11am with overtime options possible on Fridays and weekends Candidates must have previous machine operation experience . Experience with woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, CNC equipment, or panel-processing machinery is highly preferred.

router Stefani edge bander Requirements Previous CNC, woodworking, or automated machine operation experience required Experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, manufacturing, or panel processing preferred Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, cut lists, and material specifications Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with production machinery Ability to use measuring tools and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Must have reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, INNERGY, AutoCAD, Microvellum, or similar software is a plus, but not required Benefits Health insurance options First-shift schedule: M-Th 7am-4:30pm & Fri 7am-11am Overtime opportunities available Consistent weekday hours Opportunity to work with modern CNC and automated woodworking equipment Stable, full-time work in a professional manufacturing environment Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC routers and automated woodworking equipment Process wood, plywood, MDF, and other panel materials according to project specifications Load machine programs and verify accuracy against production drawings Read and follow shop drawings, cut lists, and material specifications Monitor equipment during production and make necessary adjustments Inspect finished components using measuring tools and visual quality checks Perform routine equipment maintenance and report machine or material issues Maintain accurate production records Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work with Engineering and Production personnel to meet quality standards and project deadlines
