If you take pride in producing top-tier, high-precision components and thrive in a structured, clean, and safety-focused shop environment, we want to hear from you! Pay Rate $20 / hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Thursday 7am-4:30pm Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities Setup, load, and operate CNC equipment (lathes, mills, or precision machinery) to manufacture high-quality parts according to exact specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine job specs and tolerances. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges. Perform routine machine maintenance, monitor tool wear, and make minor offset adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly adhering to safety protocols and standards. Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements 1+ years of experience operating CNC machines or working in a precision manufacturing environment.
