CNC Machine Operator

We're a growing company with a clean, organized facility and modern CNC mills and lathes. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from experienced machinists. Position Overview The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for running CNC mills and lathes, inspecting parts, and maintaining consistent production quality. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your machining skills and advance within a respected, family-run shop. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes following setup sheets and job instructions Load and unload parts safely and efficiently Monitor machine operations and report any issues to a machinist or supervisor Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Maintain accurate production records and part counts Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety and quality standards Assist with basic setup tasks as skills develop Required Qualifications Experience operating CNC machines (mills or lathes preferred) Ability to read basic blueprints and follow written instructions Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from lead machinists Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Health and life insurance Paid holidays and PTO 3% IRA match Overtime available, as needed Clean, modern shop with opportunity to advance How to Apply If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn in a fast-paced, high-quality environment - apply today!
