Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Machine Setup & Operation:

Perform proper setup, calibration, and operation of 3- axis CNC woodworking machinery.

Tooling & Fixtures:

Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and raw materials. Set up custom jigs and fixtures as required.

Production & Quality Control:

Load and unload wood workpieces efficiently. Inspect finished pieces against specifications to ensure accuracy and high quality.

Program Management:

Select and load correct CNC programs, adjusting settings and files as needed for production runs.

Routine Maintenance:

Troubleshoot minor issues, replace worn or broken tooling, and perform basic preventative machine maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of proven setup and operation experience specifically on CNC machinery (woodworking experience is highly preferred).

Computer Skills:

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in file management and navigation.

Skills:

Ability to read blueprints/specifications, use measuring tools, and work with tight tolerances.

Screening:

Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.

Attributes:
