CNC Machine Operator

Summary:

Responsible for the completion of the entire process required to machine and manufacture parts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain CNC milling machine Understand and modify CNC programs Deburring and cleaning of machined parts Inspect parts for compliance with drawings and specifications Pull parts specified on "Shop Order Pull Sheet" from Inventory to WIP Read and understand drawings and written and verbal instructions for assemblies Assist in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products as required Be able to run a lathe and milling machine and other manufacturing machinery •This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.

REQUIREMENTS

Reading and writing required High School Diploma preferred Five or more years operating CNC milling machines Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Windows Basic CNC programming skills Familiarity with simple assembly tools The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
