Old Fort, NC Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Some Saturdays as needed)

Our wood manufacturing facility in Old Fort, NC, specializes in producing high-quality components that meet the unique needs of our customers. We are committed to precision craftsmanship and a strong team-oriented work environment. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator to join our team. This position involves operating a 3-axis Shoda CNC Router , setting up tooling, and interpreting shop drawings and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain a 3-axis Shoda CNC Router Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure accurate production Set up and adjust tooling for production runs Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Lift and move materials as required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications Previous experience operating a CNC Router , preferably a 3-axis Shoda Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings Experience with tooling setup and adjustments Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift materials as required Reliable and punctual work ethic Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Additional supplemental insurance options Company-paid life insurance policy A team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth
