Summary/Objectives:
As a CNC Machine Operator/Machinist , you'll play a crucial role in the operation of our state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.
Essential Functions:
Operate CNC machinery with precision and attention to detail. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues promptly. Load materials and set up machinery according to job specifications. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Expectations:
Provide accurate updates on work progress. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Prioritize safety and maintain a clean work environment. Meet quality standards and delivery deadlines consistently. Foster a positive and supportive team atmosphere. Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
Competencies:
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
