LumaDent | Reno, NV LumaDent is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team in South Reno. The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC equipment, takes pride in quality work, and can work independently while following established procedures. Position Responsibilities Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently Set up and monitor machines during production Load and unload materials and components Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Make basic machine adjustments as needed Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean Identify quality issues and communicate problems to management Maintain consistent production and quality standards Follow all company safety procedures and SOPs Qualifications Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred Ability to read basic technical drawings or blueprints Comfortable using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical skills may be considered.
