Quest Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer and offers competitive pay and benefits. Sets up, programs, and operates CNC machines (Computer numerical control) i.e. Mills and Lathes. Installs work holding as well as tooling necessary to complete job. Sets work and tooling offsets Plans and performs a variety of machining operations. Interprets mechanical drawings to dictate work to be completed as well as producing parts to desired specifications. Reviews process sheets and specifications to determine order of operations and dimensions of finished work piece. Detects malfunctions and corrects issues by changing worn tools and wear offsets. Performs a variety of inspection and gauging operations. Shows proficiency in use of gaging tools such as micrometers, height stand, calipers, gage pins, profilometer, drop indicator, and optical comparator.
