Join a well-established manufacturing team as a CNC Operator/Machinist and play a critical role in producing precision parts that meet exact specifications. In this hands-on role, you'll operate CNC machines, perform quality inspections, assist with setups, and contribute to the team's commitment to safety, accuracy, and on-time production. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity perfect for individuals with prior CNC experience who are looking for long-term growth and stability in a clean, organized, and supportive work environment.

Shift:

1st Shift, Monday

•Friday, 7:30 AM

•4:00

PM Pay:

$18.00

•$20.00 per hour, Based on

Experience Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery according to production and quality standards. Assist in machine setups, tool changes, and in-process checks. Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions to produce accurate parts. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Report any quality issues, equipment concerns, or production delays to management. Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift. Team-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
