• 1st shift 10-hour days Days
• 4 Day work week (Three Day Weekend!) Pay
• Depending on Experience What you can expect each day: Operate multiple machines simultaneously to maximize production while maintaining part tolerances Determine the sequence of shaping operations and chooses the tools needed Follow instructions on travelers and specifications Work with the setup personnel to troubleshoot and correct problems with programs and/or machine setups.

Use lean and Six Sigma to optimize, improve productivity and reduce waste/improve yields Participate in corrective and preventive actions Optimize, troubleshoot and problem solve

• What the position requires: Must be able to read and understand job orders, drawings/blueprints and other data and perform all the necessary calculations Experience with Fanuc controls and Haas controls Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills Able to follow written and verbal instructions Capable of meeting assigned deadlines Working knowledge of MRP processing Ability to interpret engineering drawings Experience with Fanuc controls,

Haas Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred 1 year of experience preferred
