is partnering with a growing Tier 1 automotive supplier in Hudson, Ohio, to identify experienced manufacturing professionals for current and upcoming openings. This company manufactures precision fasteners, nuts, bolts, screws, and specialty components for the automotive industry.

CNC Machine Operators and Machinists CNC Setup Technicians and Tool Setters Hydromat and Sinico Operators Centerless Grinding Operators Cold Forming and Cold Heading Operators Tool Room Technicians Industrial Maintenance Technicians Quality Technicians CNC Supervisors and Production Leaders Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary by position but may include: Set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment. Complete tooling changes, machine offsets, and process adjustments. Read blueprints, GD&T, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, or comparators. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or tooling issues. Complete production, quality, tooling, or maintenance documentation. Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and machine-uptime standards. Train or lead production employees based on experience level. Qualifications Previous experience in CNC machining, tooling, cold forming, grinding, industrial maintenance, quality, or manufacturing leadership. Ability to operate, set up, repair, or support industrial production equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience reading blueprints or technical documentation. Familiarity with precision measuring tools. Automotive, fastener, or high-volume manufacturing experience is preferred. Dependable attendance and ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Scheduling Compensation will depend on the position and experience: Machine-operation roles: approximately $22.00

• 28.00 per hour Tooling, quality, and cold-forming roles: approximately $25.00
• 35.00 per hour Senior machining, maintenance, and leadership roles: approximately $35.00
• 45.
