CNC Machine Operators!! Overview We're partnering with a growing, high-performance precision manufacturing company in Hudson, OH that is actively expanding its team across multiple departments. If you're an experienced CNC professional we have opportunities for you to make an impact.
Shifts Available:
Monday-Thursday 6:00pm-6:00am Friday-Sunday 6:00pm-6:30am What You'll Do Depending on your experience and placement, responsibilities may include: Operate CNC mills Monitor machine performance and make adjustments (offsets, tooling, feeds/speeds) Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues to minimize downtime Deburr and finish parts using hand tools Accurately document production and quality data (ERP systems such as Navision preferred) Identify and report quality issues; segregate non-conforming material Move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
What We're Looking For:
Machine Operators:
2+ years of machining or production experience Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with blueprints, precision measurement tools, and manufacturing environments Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Why Join This Team? $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
