Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM 10% Shift Differential Watteredge is looking for a dependable and mechanically skilled CNC Vaski Operator to join our second-shift manufacturing team. If you have CNC or machine operation experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality parts, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC Vaski equipment. Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and job travelers. Load and position materials for production. Select appropriate machine settings, tooling, and programs for each job. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed. Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tapes. Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and production issues. Complete production documentation accurately. Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues. What We're Looking For High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 2 or more years of CNC, Vaski, or manufacturing machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Experience using measuring and inspection tools. Basic shop math skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and a teamoriented attitude. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
