CNC Programmer/ Set-Up Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge and experience in running various Mills and Lathes including but not limited to Lico, Puma, Haas, Kitamura and Tsugami. Ability to run multiple machines at the same time including machines that have "lights out" capability. Understanding of work orders, blueprints, engineering specifications, routers, materials, and drawings. Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions on Fanuc controls. Set-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, bar feeders, & conveyors. CNC Operator Qualifications and Skills Ability to program, set-up, and operate CNC mills and lathes

CNC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Good attention to detail Strong leadership skills Must be self-motivated Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
