We are looking for qualified Swiss/CNC lathe set up machinist to join our team. As an

EMPLOYEE OWNED COMPANY

you will earn stock in the company. The value of the stock has steadily climbed over the last 10 years. We have seen over a 100% growth in value. What does this mean for you? The average employee earns approximately $5-$8 per hour for every hour they worked in the previous year. Responsibilities:

Set up or operate CNC machines. Perform inspections and document results to maintain traceability. Monitor the manufacturing process and review tooling for wear and replace as needed to maintain tolerance.

Job Skills Requirements:

Reliability is critical. You must have good work ethics and be able to show up every day. As Employee Owners we rely on each other for success, and we get paid for success.
