Burn Table Operator (CNC Plasma/Oxy-Fuel)
Pay:
$23.00•$24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM•4:30 PM (Overtime & weekends as needed)

Catoosa, Ok Burn Table Operator•Must-Have Requirements Minimum 1+ year of burn table or machine operation experience Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Experience performing first-piece and in-process inspections Forklift and overhead crane experience (or ability to obtain certification) Basic computer, math, and documentation skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in hot/cold industrial environments Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Burn Table Operator•Position Summary The Burn Table Operator is responsible for safely operating CNC plasma or oxy-fuel cutting equipment to produce steel parts to exact specifications. This role ensures quality, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining production flow and meeting customer requirements. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a high level of attention to detail and machine knowledge. Burn Table Operator•Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate burn table (plasma/oxy-fuel) to cut steel parts per specifications Read and follow work orders, prints, and material requirements Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure tolerances are met Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and precision Stage raw materials and move finished parts to next operation Tag and label finished materials accurately Complete production paperwork and documentation Identify defects in material and report issues as needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Burn Table Operator•Additional Qualifications Knowledge of steel types, cutting processes, and material defects preferred Ability to write reject reports and maintain accurate production logs OSHA safety training preferred (or willingness to complete) CPR/First Aid certification a plus Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment What We Offer Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA and supplemental insurance options Life insurance and disability coverage Paid time off and 10 paid holidays Parental leave Referral bonus program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount program #
