We're hiring a detail-driven CNC Saw Operator to set up and run computer-controlled cutting machines on foam and composite materials. This role blends technical skill, precision, and hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Program saws and create cutting profiles using software
• Load materials, align setups, and monitor machine performance
• Adjust feed rates and speeds to ensure quality cuts
• Read drawings and input dimensions into machine profiles
• Measure finished products and perform quality checks
• Create fixtures and nested layouts for efficient production
• Assist and guide other operators on the floor What You'll Bring
