CNC Mill OperatorWagoner Area Manufacturing Facility $25/hour DOEPosition OverviewA growing manufacturer serving the oil & gas industry is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to support the production of precision-machined components used in the fabrication of air-cooled heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and rectangular box headers.

This position is responsible for setting up and operating a Kent CNC Vertical Mill equipped with a Fanuc Oi-MD control to manufacture high-quality components that meet engineering specifications and production requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in precision machining within a manufacturing environment. Essential ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate a Kent CNC Vertical Mill with Fanuc Oi-MD controls.

Produce precision-machined components for pressure vessels, box headers, and fabrication assemblies.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and work orders.

Install tooling, establish offsets, and perform machine setups.

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.

Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate production concerns to supervision.

Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

QualificationsPrevious CNC Mill setup and operating experience required.

Experience with Fanuc controls (Oi-MD preferred).Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.

Experience with tooling selection, offsets, speeds, and feeds.

Knowledge of G-Code and basic CNC programming preferred.

Ability to inspect precision-machined parts using measuring instruments.

Heavy industrial or fabrication manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
