Wagoner, OK Pa y : $25 per hour Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator for a manufacturing facility in Wagoner, OK. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines—specifically a Kent mill equipped with a Fanuc Series Oi-MD control—to produce precision components used in header fabrication and welding assemblies. The ideal candidate has strong machining experience, can read blueprints, and is committed to quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment. Job Requirements Previous CNC mill operating experience required Experience with Fanuc controls (Oi-MD preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Experience with machine setup, tooling, and offsets Knowledge of G-code and basic CNC programming preferred Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or on a team Must pass a drug screen and background check Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kent mill with Fanuc Oi-MD control) to produce precision components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents Select and install tooling, set offsets, and adjust machine settings as needed Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Support fabrication processes by producing components for header and welding assemblies Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to supervision Maintain production and quality records as required Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company policies#
