Training on day shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM
- 2:30 PM Once trained: Swing shift Monday
- Thursday 4:30pm
- 2:30am

What You'll Do:
We're looking for an experienced CNC Burn Table Operator to join a growing fabrication team. In this role, you'll operate plasma and oxy-fuel burning equipment to produce precision structural steel components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with burning experience who wants to expand their skills, as cross-training on additional equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
Operate CNC plasma structural cutting machines. Operate oxy-fuel coping (Coper) machines. Operate PCD (Saw/Drill Combination) equipment. Read and interpret industrial blueprints and fabrication drawings. Verify dimensions using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform routine machine setup and maintain a safe, organized work area. Work closely with production teams to meet quality and production goals. Cross-train on additional fabrication equipment as needed. What's in It for You? Starting pay of $28.00/hr. Have:
Experience operating plasma and/or oxy-fuel burning tables (required) Previous experience with CNC structural steel burning equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints Experience working with mild and galvanized steel Ability to accurately read and use measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Willingness to learn additional equipment through cross-training
