Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | 6:00 AM-2:30

Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements CNC machining experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and route instructions Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience using calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools Familiarity with machining practices, tooling, and metalworking processes Experience with Okuma, Mazak, or Mori machines preferred Strong math and documentation skills Job Duties Set up and operate CNC lathe equipment throughout the production cycle Perform turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling operations Optimize machine setups and maintain offsets for production efficiency Troubleshoot machining programs and make necessary adjustments Conduct in-process inspections and report quality concerns Read blueprints and follow manufacturing specifications Complete daily machine maintenance checks and documentation Communicate with production, quality, and management teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate shift records and production documentation Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy materials Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Ability to safely wear required PPE throughout the workday Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
