Job Duties Set up and operate CNC lathes Perform turning, drilling, bar-feeding, and live-tooling operations Optimize setup times and machine utilization Maintain offsets and adjust programs Read blueprints and routing instructions Apply GD&T requirements Inspect parts using calipers and gauges Report nonconforming products Collaborate with production and quality teams Document issues for shift transitions Perform daily preventive-maintenance checks Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures Requirements CNC lathe setup and operating experience Okuma, Mazak, or Mori experience preferred Knowledge of machining practices and mechanical principles Familiarity with metals, fixtures, and lathe or mill tooling Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and measuring tools Strong basic math skills Ability to troubleshoot CNC programs Ability to document procedures and complete reports in English Ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop Dependable attendance, teamwork, and willingness to learn Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
