START YOUR CAREER IN CNC MACHINING
All Seasons Placement is currently recruiting Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators for manufacturing opportunities throughout Erie County, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed machining, CNC, manufacturing, or vocational training and is ready to turn that training into real-world experience. You don't need years of CNC experience. We're looking for candidates who have a basic understanding of machining, a willingness to learn, and the work ethic to build a career in the trade. PAY $18.00-$20.00 per hour , depending on training, experience, shift, and position.
WHAT YOU MAY BE DOING
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers Loading and unloading parts Starting and monitoring machine cycles Performing basic tool changes Checking finished parts for quality Reading basic blueprints and work instructions Using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Recording inspection measurements Keeping your work area clean and organized Learning machine offsets, setups, tooling, and other CNC skills Following established safety and quality procedures
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We encourage you to apply if you've received machining experience or training through: Vocational or technical school High school machining programs Trade school College machining or manufacturing programs Previous entry-level manufacturing employment On-the-job CNC or machining training Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, measuring instruments, mills, lathes, CNC controls, or machining fundamentals is a major plus.
