CNC Machine Operators (Levels
I, II & III
) Lancaster, PA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 1st and 2nd Shifts | $21-$26/ hr DOE Allegiance Staffing is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing precision manufacturing company in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking candidates with entry-level through advanced CNC machining experience. Whether you have 6 months of experience or are a seasoned operator, we have opportunities to match your skill level.
Duties:
Operate CNC lathes and CNC secondary machining equipment Perform machine setups, changeovers, and tool adjustments based on experience level Produce precision-machined components while meeting production and quality standards Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions Assist with troubleshooting equipment and improving manufacturing processes Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Experience Levels Level I 6-12 months of CNC machining or manufacturing experience Level II 2+ years of CNC machining experience Able to perform setups and machine adjustments with minimal supervision Level III 5+ years of CNC machining experience Advanced setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills Experience mentoring or training other operators is a plus Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Why Apply?
