Essential duties/responsibilities:
Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail Understanding of programming with the ability to make necessary adjustments at start up to produce nominal parts Possess the ability to interpret part drawing and GD&T requirements Must have solid understanding of inspection and gaging techniques utilizing measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug and ring gages Possess a mechanical ability and aptitude to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on Star and Citizen CNC Screw Machines Understanding of tooling required for the CNC processes Make complete set up, including loading of program, checking, and positioning of fixtures and cutting tools, and offset programming adjustments About the
