Job Description

Our client, a premier manufacturing company, is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join their team in Linwood, PA . In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision components while working from blueprints and production orders to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain one or more CNC machines in accordance with production orders and established procedures Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to perform designated machining operations Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools including verniers, micrometers, calipers, ring gauges, plug gauges, and pin gauges May set up and operate drill press and turret lathe as needed Reduce lead times by following preset and setup processes Identify components and materials, maintain inventory awareness, and support process improvement initiatives Maintain acceptable quality and quantity output levels throughout the shift Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
Prior experience with CNC machine operation required Ability to read and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and procedures Hands-on experience with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments required High school diploma or equivalent; demonstrated reading, writing, and math ability required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality control and production accuracy Ability to work any assigned shift including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
