• Friday:

  7am-3:30pm $19.50/hour
• The Coiler Machine Operators role sets up and operates automatic spring coiling machines to fabricate a variety of steel springs according to specifications
• Installs and aligns required tools, dies, and equipment on machine
• Threads raw material through tools, dies and equipment on machine
• Utilizes measurement tools (scale, calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify part specifications\
• Makes mechanical or software adjustment required to produce first piece approval sample within specifications Must have:
• Good math skills
• Know how to use and read measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers and calipers to name a few tools.
