$42,000•$52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7:30 AM•4 PM education:
No Degree Required Responsibilities Required Experience:
Must possess at least 3 years of dedicated CNC Brake Press experience.
Material Preparation:
Review incoming part orders, retrieve the correct metal materials, and possibly cut them down to specified sizes as required.
Machine Setup:
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately set up the CNC Brake Press for each job•we use Amada Brake Presses.
Quality Inspection:
Run an initial test part and utilize calipers and micrometers to verify it is fully up-to-spec before executing the rest of the production run.
Production & Tear-Down:
Safely operate the machinery to complete the order, followed by the proper tear-down and cleanup of the machine. Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with Turret or Stamping presses, manual lathes/mills, fiber optic CNC lasers, or welding is a highly valued plus. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 3 hours at one time Skills Brake Press Operator (3 years of experience is required) CNC Brake Press (3 years of experience is required) Turret Press Stamping Press Operator Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is required) Set Up Machine Calipers and Micrometers (1 year of experience is required) Material Handling Quality Inspection Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
