Job Description

Assist in the set-up and safe operation of CNC Equipment Responsibilities include: Set up and operation of CNC Lathes Prepare raw material for production Production and Inspection of quality parts per drawings and or samples on various equipment and machinery Ensure the safety, quality, efficiency and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times Miscellaneous duties as required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a CNC Operator or related type field Must be able to read and understand blueprints Ability to perform own set-ups and understand associated tooling Ability to use various measuring tools which includes but is not limited to micrometer and calipers Familiar with G-code and M-code for reference in CNC operation Strong working knowledge of CNC machinery and processes Intuitive programming and/or ability to edit program at the machine Manual machining experience is a plus
