  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce precision components.
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing specifications, and work instructions.
  • Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools.
  • Maintain machine performance and ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement eAorts to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance eAiciency.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures in a clean, organized work environment. Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding).
  • Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Experience with quality inspection tools and verifying tight tolerances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred (Not Required)
  • Exposure to 4-axis or 5-axis machining environments.
  • Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming.
  • Experience with Penta, Haas, Combi or similar platforms.
  • Background in precision manufacturing industries (aerospace, medical device, defense, etc.
).
