Quality Control & Inspection:

Perform regular quality checks using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

Tooling & Adjustments:

Monitor machine performance, adjust tool offsets, and replace worn tooling as needed to maintain high precision and smooth workflow.

Troubleshooting:

Identify operational issues or minor equipment malfunctions, making necessary adjustments or escalating to maintenance personnel.

Safety & Maintenance:

Conduct routine daily preventive maintenance (cleaning, fluid checks), adhere strictly to safety protocols, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace in a warm/hot plant environment.

Working hours:

Experience in abrasive manufacturing, metalworking, or heavy industrial machinery. Basic understanding of G-code and M-code programming adjustments.
