Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Safely set up, load, and operate CNC machinery to run production batches according to job specifications and work orders.Quality Control & Inspection:
Perform regular quality checks using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.Tooling & Adjustments:
Monitor machine performance, adjust tool offsets, and replace worn tooling as needed to maintain high precision and smooth workflow.Troubleshooting:
Identify operational issues or minor equipment malfunctions, making necessary adjustments or escalating to maintenance personnel.Safety & Maintenance:
Conduct routine daily preventive maintenance (cleaning, fluid checks), adhere strictly to safety protocols, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace in a warm/hot plant environment.Working hours:

Experience in abrasive manufacturing, metalworking, or heavy industrial machinery. Basic understanding of G-code and M-code programming adjustments.Education:

Minimum 1???2 years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machinery in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Technical Aptitude:
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.Physical Ability:
Able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably in a high-temperature factory environment.Reliability:
