The Mission Lead the daily machining operations of our shop with precision, discipline, and unwavering commitment. You will not spend your days behind a desk. Your Responsibilities You will:

• Lead a team of machinists by example—not from behind an office door.
• Build work schedules and assign responsibilities that maximize production.
• Prepare fixtures, tooling, materials, and setups before they become emergencies.
• Teach operators how every programmed job should be run safely and efficiently.
• Verify quality before defects become expensive lessons.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with management.
• Remove obstacles so the crew can focus on producing exceptional work.
• Maintain standards even when deadlines grow difficult.

• Ten or more years leading manufacturing operations.
• Experience supervising teams of fifteen or more skilled people.
