salary: $37,000

•$46,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM

•2:30 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Locate and ensure correct material is used for each production run. Setup the brake press machine. Ensure nesting program is inputted correctly into CNC Read blueprints of the part to ensure the nesting program matches the work order Ensure that the correct gas, speed, and consumables are applied correctly. Convey projected production time until completion Ensure quality by inspecting parts. Stage future job orders correctly after use. Maintain a clean working environment

Minimum Requirements:

2 years with Brake Press operation (ideally: AMADA, CINCINNATI, TRUMPF, etc.) Knowledge of various vises to clamp for each work order General knowledge of plate bending operation. Must be able to read blueprints of parts Use calipers, micrometers, and a tape measure English/Spanish dual-language is preferred, but not necessary
