Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Saw Operator and play a vital role in transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components. Responsibilities Operate CNC saw machines to cut various materials according to detailed blueprints and production specifications Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate material sizing and cutting Set up and calibrate CNC saw equipment, including programming using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and Fanuc controls Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and ensure optimal machine performance Measure finished parts using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy Follow safety protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety standards in production Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, materials handling, and packaging finished products for shipment Skills Proficiency in CNC programming and CAM programming for saw operations Experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathe machines, stamping presses, press brake machines, and other industrial equipment Strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, shop math, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and troubleshooting industrial machinery Ability to use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other measuring instruments accurately Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments and adherence to quality control procedures Hands-on experience with tooling setup, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and assembly line processes Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to manufacturing excellence! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 48.0 per week
