Job Description

Note - Pay based on experience. As a CNC Lathe Machinist and Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up and Operate CNC lathe machines to perform precision machining operations. Experience with multiple set-ups per day. Experience or knowledgeable with threads is a plus. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to meet specifications. Conduct quality inspections of machined parts, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances. Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings for optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and calibration on CNC machinery. Collaborate with production teams and quality control to meet production goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining or programming is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist. Experience with CNC lathe machines (Fanuc control). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of machining techniques, materials, and tooling. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques (calipers, micrometers, etc.) This is a clean and organized work environment.
