Job Description
Job Summary We're seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision components according to specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other CNC equipment. Load raw materials, install proper tooling, and verify machine settings. Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and work orders. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues, part defects, and process deviations. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. Record production information and maintain required logs. Communicate production issues and work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members. Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. What We're Looking For 2+ years of CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience. Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Basic understanding of G-code and CNC machine instructions , including the ability to make minor program or machine adjustments. Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
