KP Staffing Round Rock is now hiring CNC router operators in Pflugerville, TX! Job Summary The CNC router operator will learn to safely and efficiently operate CNC routers and related machinery while processing orders according to customer specifications and production requirements. This role supports production by inspecting completed parts, monitoring equipment, and following quality and safety standards. Pay $18 - $20 per hour Shift 1st shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Duties Learn to safely and efficiently operate CNC routers and related machinery Select appropriate cutting tools, tool paths, cutting speeds, and feed rates with guidance Process orders according to customer specifications and production requirements Inspect completed parts for proper measurements, accuracy, and quality Use tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring tools Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or production issues Assist with adjusting machine controls and replacing worn cutting tools Follow all quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and safety standards Complete routine preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines Document and communicate production updates, irregularities, and outstanding needs Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Previous CNC router, machine operation, manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable learning how to operate machinery Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn Ability to read measurements and perform basic math CAD drawing experience is helpful but not required Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions High level of honesty and integrity Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma or GED preferred Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Round Rock for an in-person interview
