Bring your CNC plasma expertise to a fast-paced fabrication and skid operations environment in Rhome, TX, where your work directly supports accurate, efficient production. In this Lead CNC Plasma Operator opportunity, you'll operate plasma machines and help drive quality from first cut to final output in a rapidly expanding company. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead CNC Plasma Operator position include: Plasma machine operation experience required CNC operating experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Operate CNC plasma machines for fabrication production Read and follow production requirements and cutting specifications Maintain quality and accuracy during machine operation Support production workflow and deadlines For lead-level candidates, help guide plasma machine operation and support team productivity Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Salary:
$30-$35/hour per hour, commensurate with experience.
