Job Description

ProLogistix is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a leading aerospace facility in Everett . This role requires advanced machining skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances in a high-precision environment.

PM Weekend Shift:
6:00 AM•6:30 PM (Friday-Sunday Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes, including multi-axis machines Work with Fanuc controls and perform machine-level edits Maintain efficient production while holding extremely tight tolerances Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Bore jaws on 3-jaw chucks (daily requirement) Perform deburring and basic toolmaking tasks Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001 Provide feedback to programmers for machining improvements Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles Perform additional related duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis machining Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls , M-codes, and G-codes Advanced blueprint reading (Level 3) GD&T proficiency (Level 3) Confident and experienced in boring jaws Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications #nowhiring Set up and operate CNC lathes, including multi-axis machines Work with Fanuc controls and perform machine-level edits Maintain efficient production while holding extremely tight tolerances Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Bore jaws on 3-j
