  • $32 a day 12 days ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description CNC Machinist SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to operate and maintain production equipment while supporting quality, safety, and output goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
These positions are located in Everett, WA. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 years of previous CNC experience.
LOCATION
Everett, WA Pay:
$22
  • $32 (Payrate will depend on shift and level of experience)
SCHEDULE
1st
Shift:
Monday
  • Thursday 5am
  • 330pm (must have previous experience for day shift) 2nd
Shift:
Monday
  • Thursday 3:20pm
  • 1:50am
Weekend Shift:
Friday
  • Sunday 5am
  • 6pm (must be willing to train on day shift for 6-8 weeks
BENEFITS OFFERED
Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Career Advancement Opportunities Key Responsibilities Load, run, and monitor CNC programs to meet production and quality targets. Set up and operate machines safely, including loading and unloading parts. Perform job changeovers, prepare machines for the next run, and follow shift schedules. Maintain material traceability and manage raw materials and finished parts. Inspect parts using standard inspection methods and precision measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized. Support tooling, fixtures, and process improvements with engineering or leadership teams. Assist with training other operators as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and G-code. Use precision measuring tools to verify part quality. Validate cycle times and troubleshoot production issues. Apply best practices when using hand tools and deburring tools. Work efficiently to meet production goals and resolve problems quickly. Core Competencies Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail. Ability to work under production deadlines. Clear communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices such as standard work, self-inspection, mistake-proofing, or continuous improvement.
