Ideal candidate will have experience at least 2 years with vertical Machines. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills needed. This is a full time, direct hire position.

Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for an aerospace manufacturing environment in Sumner, WA. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC equipment to produce precision metal components that meet quality and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal mills. Review blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing instructions. Load/unload parts, set offsets, prove programs, and monitor machining operations. Inspect finished parts using calipers, indicators, and other precision measuring tools. Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and make machine adjustments as needed. Deburr and finish completed parts. Perform basic preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area. Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of CNC machining or vertical machine operation experience. Experience with vertical and horizontal mills, 4th-axis machining, and positioners. Experience with Fanuc and/or Okuma controls preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications. Knowledge of speeds, feeds, cutting tools, and tooling. Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and elevated noise levels. Work Authorization This position is subject to
