We are looking for a motivated CNC operator to join our team on first shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). In this role, you will be responsible for operating, and maintaining various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your skills will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. We offer Health, Dental, paid holidays, vacation time, overtime, and year-end bonus. Wage is based on experience. Climate controlled environment year round. Duties Operate a variety of CNC machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and grinders to produce precision parts according to technical specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to determine machining requirements. Follow written work instructions to manufacture parts Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation. Conduct dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to verify part accuracy and neatly document. Identify and communicate machine operation and part quality problems Maintain safety standards in all aspects of machine operation and material handling while adhering to factory safety protocols. Assist with materials handling, packaging finished products, and supporting fabrication or assembly tasks as needed. Skills Hands-on experience with CNC lathe, CNC milling machines, and grinding Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately. Mechanical knowledge of shop math, dimensional measurements, GD&T principles, and precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. Familiarity with factory safety standards in manufacturing environments. Troubleshooting skills for machine issues and performing basic maintenance or repairs when necessary. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control in machining processes. Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred for understanding production workflows. Read, write and speak English Mechanical aptitude and willing to get your hands dirty Detail oriented and focus to produce accurate parts without makings errors Math competency to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Dependable, willing to learn, and a great team player
