The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC grinder, ID/OD grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, and using Toyoda grinding machiens for tight tolerances and machining processes. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities

• Set up & Operate CNC grinders to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Perform ID/OD grinding, centerless grinding
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency.
• Weld components as necessary, ensuring structural integrity and quality of finished products. Requirements
• Proven experience as a CNC grinder
• Strong understanding of grinding processes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Ability to perform set up, change over, and operating of the CNC Machinery
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during production.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
