About the Role We're looking for a CNC Swiss Operator to join our dedicated Swiss cell. We run 4 Citizen Swiss machines and need someone who knows the rhythm of Swiss-type turning — bar feed, sub-spindle, live tooling, tight tolerances — and can keep parts moving accurately and efficiently. This is a focused role. You'll own your cell, your quality, and your output. What You'll Do Operate and monitor Citizen Swiss screw machines in a 4-machine cell Set up jobs, make offsets, and perform in-process inspection to print Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts Complete job traveler and inspection documentation accurately Communicate tooling and supply needs to shop management Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols What We're Looking For Able to read blueprints and apply basic GD&T Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset — you catch problems before they become scrap Efficient and self-directed; you don't need someone standing over you Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus Points For 1-3 years of Swiss-type CNC turning experience (Citizen, Tsugami, Star, Tornos, or similar) Direct Citizen CINCOM experience Familiarity with bar feeders and sub-spindle operations Knowledge of machining tooling (inserts, drills, form tools) Blueprint reading and first-article inspection experience

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. We are ITAR registered and we have our AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends office and production space.

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
