Job Description
CNC Operator De Pere, WI | $21-$25/hour | Contract to Hire| 1st
Shift:
7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday About the Role This hands-on manufacturing role operates CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to company standards. You will read blueprints and setup instructions, monitor machine performance, make basic adjustments as trained, and inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality. This opportunity is well suited for an early-career CNC operator who wants to continue building machining skills in a team-focused environment. The shop is fully air-conditioned, and the schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts according to company standards
- Read blueprints and setup instructions, with guidance from experienced team members as needed
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as trained
- Inspect parts to confirm accuracy and quality
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of CNC operation or setup experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to regularly lift up to 55 pounds
