No previous CNC machining experience is required. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and interested in learning CNC machining. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, automotive work, construction, woodworking, assembly, or another hands on environment who wants to develop CNC machining skills. What You'll Do Learn to operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and parts Learn basic machine setup procedures and make minor adjustments Use measuring tools to verify parts meet specifications Read basic measurements, including fractions and decimals Complete required production and quality documentation Identify basic machine or quality issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and work instructions What We're Looking For No previous CNC experience required Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals Ability to read a tape measure Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail Dependable attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Previous manufacturing, machine operation, automotive, construction, woodworking, or similar hands on experience is a plus Why Consider CNC Machining?
