About the Role As a Precision CNC Turning Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-tolerance components using advanced multi-axis turning centers. Your expertise in programming and machine optimization will directly impact our production throughput and the overall quality of our finished parts. Responsibilities Execute complex CNC lathe setups and program adjustments to ensure optimal cycle times and part precision. Interpret intricate engineering blueprints and technical schematics to guide the manufacturing process. Maintain rigorous quality control by performing in-process inspections and adjusting offsets to meet tight tolerances. Proactively troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying process improvements and workflow efficiencies. Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify component accuracy against design specifications. Foster a safe and orderly shop floor environment to support high-volume production goals. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming, G-Code, and machine changeovers. Strong technical background in operating 2-4 axis CNC turning centers. Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. Experience using precision inspection equipment to ensure quality standards. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in Machining or CNC Technology. Experience with Doosan or similar high-end CNC lathe platforms. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
