We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality custom cabinets. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will use your exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality to precisely meet the specific requirements of our design team and discerning clientele. Job Description Possess a strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling, enabling effective setup, monitoring, and adjustments. Fabricate precise cuts with automated tooling. Possesses strong math skills and the ability to interpret shop plans. Able to accurately set up and adjust tooling based on wood type, cut specifications, and project requirements. Eager to learn and develop expertise. Possess a strong understanding of wood species, enabling accurate material selection. Ability to lift large wood material with assistance. Skilled in using precision measuring tools, including calipers. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 1+ years of experience preferred Pay scale is based on experience.
